At the moment everyone has lost all faith in the judicary system of the UK, and for good reason. Recently a man was sentanced to 30 months in prison for allegedly insulting Islam (which isn't even a crime in the UK of GB) and in the same court room another case saw an Islamic millitant released despite overwhelming evidence showing him throwing bricks at the police during a riot. This isn't right, at any level, and just goes to show how the current government has politicised the judiciary against the good people of the UK in favour of immigrants. Remember, Starmer, and most of his cabinet are lawyers so they're going to stick together and fill each other's pockets as much as the can as quickly as they can.
We aim to fix this by introducing a centrally held crime and punishment charter - all the evidence is put into the computer and a suitable punishment is returned. A judge will still have oversight of the complete process, as will both the defense and the prosecution. A second judge will also be shown both sides and will have final say on whether the punishment is appropriate or not.
It is predicted that once a person becomes a citizen and is fully invested in the nation then many of the serious crimes will no longer be as prevelant as they are now.
