No illegal migrants will ever get to stay in the UK of GB. By the very act of trying to enter the country illegally they have already committed a criminal offense so they are then criminals themselves, and we do not want foreign criminals in the UK of GB. This is obviously completely at odds with the current policies of our politicans, who are hell-bent on getting as many illegal migrants into British towns and cities as possible. To stem the flow of illegals it will be clear what our process is - if they come by boat they will be intercepted out in the English Channel and held on a prison barge. On this barge they will recieve only a prisoners rations of food and water. It will be made clear to them that their only way off the prison barge is back the way the came - back to France on a dingy. There will be no exceptions, there will be no appeals process, there will be no way onto the British mainland!

All of the illegal migrants that have arrived in the UK and have been secretly allowed to stay by various governments since 2005 will also be removed, along with their dependants, regardless of their heritage.

Legal migrants will be processed exactly as they are now, but with even stricter rules regarding suitability. For an application to be accepted then that migrant must be a positive contributor to the British economy in a skill that is essential for the country. At no point will that migrant be given financial hand-outs of any kind, and if they are the point where they are no longer support themselves then they will be removed, along with any family. Legal Aid will no longer be in operation so the number of fake claims will drop to near zero.
